This week I was reflecting back on the amazing journey of having a baby and the tremendous hard work it takes to get back to where you started and discover your best post baby body. I thought it might be helpful to those of you who are walking through the same journey to be able to have one place where you can find the links to the posts I wrote each month after having Sienna. If I could pick only 1 thing that I learned during this journey, it would be to give yourself grace. As a type “A” person, I had very high expectations for myself, probably too high considering I was trying to care for a newborn and run a company. In the midst of the journey it sometimes felt like I wasn’t making progress (or even backsliding), but truly, I just needed to give myself a little grace. I had made my mind up to get there and it was just a matter of time (and hard work)! Thanks to all of you for joining me on this journey and encouraging me along the way. I hope to be able to do the same for each of you on whatever fitness journey you are on!
